Let me just start by saying I’m not an internet guru reselling a course or mentorship and planning to ghost you after payment.

I’ve worked in Property Management for nearly 10 years. I’ve taken breaks from the industry, I’ve learned everything the hard way, I’ve been given the speeches of “we don’t have any positions open right now” as a star Leasing Agent, landed my first APM role in student housing (iykyk), later landed my first PM role and hit the ground running with no leadership training, put out fires, led and retained my teams, increased NOI and resident trust, all while playing therapist, mediator, friend, confidant, and problem solver.

(Typing it all out made ME exhausted lol.)

But the one thing that never changed as the years passed is:

-People want (cough cough need jobs) to start new careers in this industry.

-Current PM professionals aren't always supported enough to perform at their best.

-Lastly, my personal favorite: there isn’t enough time in the day to train people correctly in our industry.

So I created tools to bridge that gap.

I’ve helped countless employees who became friends level up in their current roles, get hired for their next opportunity making more money, and coached others on how to stand out on paper to earn promotions, all while doing the job mentioned above.

Even though I’ve taken a lot of L’s in this industry while learning the ropes, my heart always comes back to:
